Submit your Budget information:

Enter Your Contact Information. 

Just fill in the blanks and click "pay for counseling".  Use the same email address for your contact and for your paypal transaction.

Pay for counseling. 

You will be directed to paypal where you can pay with a debit card, then be directed back to our site.

Submit Photo ID by fax, email, US mail, or in person.

Certificates can only be issued once we receive ID.  Once you've paid these contact numbers are listed on the landing page.

Your information is sent to the counselor for evaluation

The counselor contacts you to talk about options and answer your questions. 

 The counselor will contact you by email within 24 work day hours.  If you need your certificate quickly, please call or email the counselor to let her know.  You can usually get it within the same day.

Receive your certificate

Certificate are send by US mail, email, or fax.
